This week we answer, “What happens when grace happens?” With the answer of romance and redemption. We will be reading through the book of Ruth discussing how Boaz, in all of his bachelor glory, shows mercy and grace to a foreigner, making provisions for her, showing love, and ultimately receiving her as his own. He, her kinsman redeemer. He, waiting to give her all she needed but waiting for her to shed her mourning clothes and come lay at his feet and ask to be covered by his garment of love. We should see ourselves in Ruth, as we lay at the feet of our kinsman redeemer Christ, ready to remove the shame and sadness of our previous life and say Lord cover me with your garment of love!
