The Born Identity

The stage had been set from the beginning that the world was going to need a savior. From the moment that sin came into the garden we were in need. The prophets of the Old Testament gave notice that a messiah was coming that a King will be born, the Identity of this king was given in Isaiah 7:14, “Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.” And when we look further we find in Isaiah 9:6, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” We are even told in the book of Micah (5:2) where this baby will be born and from what tribe he would be from, “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.” When we look at all of this it was there, God delivered the road map, and many new the scriptures but for most they would not identify the one who was born in the manger to be the chosen King, the savior the gift of God. I ask that you join us for series that leads us to understand the importance of the Jesus’ born identity as Gods son, and through His identity we see his “Supremacy”, and as we acknowledge His Supremacy we are left with a life altering “Ultimatum” that ultimately leads us to a “Legacy,” one that will out last any other, one that will reign forever.
