Lead Me to the Cross: “From the Cross to the Grave”

This Sunday we are one week closer to Easter, where we celebrate that death couldn’t keep our Savior. This Sunday we will be discussing the death and burial of Jesus. Death is such a difficult thing for many of us to understand. We all have lost someone and no matter how old or young and no matter how healthy or sick we are never ready to see them go. It is so hard to say goodbye, especially when death is so unexpected; usually this is because we wished we could’ve done if we had more time. Jesus came knowing He was going to die, He came knowing it was going to be a painful and humiliating death, and He knew that death wasn’t the end. Join us this Sunday at 10am as we continue our series “Lead Me to the Cross” and discuss the death and burial of Christ, a death that was necessary in order for us to have a RISEN king.
